Championship Auto Racing Teams

Is it me, or is the CART audio/timing late?

From the timing commentary:

"The Molson Indy Montreal gets underway at 2pm local/ET (18:00 UTC)."

It’s 6.15pm now.  So has the race started without any internet coverage, or
can’t they tell the time?

Yes, I’m impatient :-)

Pat

    Just remembered that Road America is on Eurosport right now, that’ll do
    nicely :-)

    Erm, that would be my mental arithmetic then…

    2pm = 7pm BST.

    D’oh!

    Better learn how time zones work :) 2pm ET = 18:00 UTC = 19:00 Great
    Britain = 20:00 Central Europe.

    I got confused, UTC = UK in winter, but apparently not in summer!
