The Andretti Green Racing Team has capitulated to Honda’s demands to
change the team name to HGR, or Hondretti Green Racing. The Andretti
family name has not been changed, but Michael’s newest offspring will
be named Soichiro in order to retain the Andretti name.
The move comes about because it is Honda’s position that without their
help, AGR would be a winless one car team racing in Formula Atlantic,
with Marco driving for free.
